Yesterday we bought some pulled pork, brisket and a full rack of ribs. It was all superb especially the ribs. We lived in Texas for a while and the ribs were easily as good as anything we had down South.

Food is really good. Service was friendly and fast. We definitely go back again. My daughter enjoyed the Pulled pork also the Mac and Cheese too.

Dude in charge has the hallmarks of a barbecue guru; stocky profile, knowledgeable barbecue stride, and a beard like the Amazon rain forest except black and no crocodiles. You can trust these guys when it comes to cooking. He puts a face to their slogan; “stay chubby”. They serve cattle and hog in various forms. After I ordered, the bearded chubb ran out to the back40, killed a wild cow by hand, and had the brisket on my plate in less than 10 minutes! Just kidding. I can neither confirm nor deny that this occurred, but I can confirm the brisket is tasty combined with their zesty barbecue sauce. The adjacent market sells frozen goat steaks. Speaking of goats, I consider this place the GOAT in a category of it’s own. They also sell additional goat steaks, cheeses, beverages, maple syrup, maple sugar, maple trees, maple leaves, and Canadian flags. That also cannot be verified. Worth stopping by if you find yourself hungry in the area.

Chubbs is good quality barbecue, honest guys making honest meats! The farm around Chubbs is a great spot for family and kids! They have goats and other animal for the kids to see, a wonderful farm store with smoked meat, cheese. Local Beer too! The brisket and pork jalapeño nachos are amazing! Dan and Jason are hitting home runs!

The food was absolutely delicious!! Dan one of the owners was very kind and courteous. Even helped guide me to what to eat cause of my gout. Stand up guy and oh did I mention the food was amazing

I ordered a 3 meat plate. I couldn’t decide between the pulled pork and sausage, picked sausage. The guy gave me some pork just so I could try it. Everything was AMAZING! Best BBQ I have had in PA.
